TONY LUNECKAS

Owner, Financial Advisor

Over the last two decades, Tony has had the privilege of advising hundreds, if not thousands, of people on how to manage their money. As a Christian, he is convinced that God wants our Faith and Finances to be intertwined. Tony strives to offer faith-based financial counseling that helps others understand the freedom that comes when God is involved in every aspect of their life, especially finance. Tony feels so blessed that Integrity Financial continues to grow and serves others in various stages of their financial journey, especially those who may view their situation as hopeless.


  • Favorite Scripture:  Ephesians 6:7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people 
  • Family:  Tony and Heidi have 5 daughters 
  • Strengths: Tony’s positivity and belief helps him connect with others easily and build strong relationships with clients. 
  • Interests:  Fixing things, organization, the Hawkeyes and Steelers 

CHRISTINE KOCHAN

Client Care Specialist

Christine (Chris) Kochan has been with Integrity Financial since 2017. Her earlier career as a Mortgage Underwriter gives her experience with numbers, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. Although Chris is our paperwork powerhouse, her real superpower lies in her heart for our clients. She believes that each client deserves the absolute best care that our company can give. Chris is an incredible blessing to the Integrity Financial Team, and she is an ideal fit as our Client Care Specialist. If you write a policy with Integrity Financial, Chris has the best skill set to get you taken care of. If Chris says she will do something, it will be done with swiftness, accuracy, and care. 


  • Favorite Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 
  • Family:  Chris is a fabulous aunt 
  • Strengths: Chris has great empathy and strives for harmony in all her relationships. Her discipline and consistency serve her well in her position on our team. 
  • Interests:  Growing indoor plants, photography, and walking 

CINDY BLACKLEY

Office Assistant

Cindy joined Integrity Financial in 2021, as Tony’s Office Assistant. Her experience in customer service grants her a unique perspective on how our clients want to be taken care of. Her role is a perfect fit as she is recently “faux-tired,” which is fake retired if you’re curious! Her flexible schedule allows her to spend time with her many grandchildren, while still being able to work and serve God with her talents. With her sunny and caring disposition, she has also been dubbed with the revered role of “Office Mother.” Her attitude of service and faithfulness to God comes out in every task she does, and we are so lucky that she joined the Integrity Financial Team.


  • Favorite Scripture: Proverbs 3: 5, 6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. 
  • Family:  Cindy has 2 sons, 1 daughter, 8 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter 
  • Strengths:  Cindy loves to connect and communicate with people 
  • Interests:  Gardening, photography, puzzles, and board games (primarily Scrabble) 

Bethany Scheidecker

Administrative Assistant

Bethany is the newest member of our team, joining in January 2025, as Administrative Assistant. Her primary duties are assisting Tony with meeting notes and office paperwork. Her desire to help coworkers focus on their priorities and her gift of organization make her a great fit for our Integrity Financial Team. She appreciates working for a company that shares her values and offers her a flexible schedule to homeschool her sons. We’re grateful for how well her strengths complement our staff.


  • Favorite Scripture: Lamentations 3:22-23 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
  • Family: Bethany and Bill have two sons
  • Strengths: Bethany describes herself as a peacemaker; her attention to detail, organization and responsibility blends well with Laura as she works closely with her.
  • Interests: Playing the piano, hiking, reading and puzzles.

LAURA ANDERSON

Executive Assistant

Laura was hired in November 2019, originally as an Office Assistant, but everyone quickly realized that she is incredibly gifted in scheduling, planning, and executing. In late 2020 she took over arranging all of Tony’s appointments and started assisting Chris with paperwork needs. Laura aspires to help everyone she encounters, stemming from her servant’s heart and desire to model the Gospel. Her professionalism is an incredible attribute, and we rely heavily on her to keep our Team running at peak capacity. If you ever need to schedule a meeting with Tony, Laura is the behind-the-scenes talent making it happen. 


  • Favorite Scripture:  Philippians 4: 6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 
  • Family:  Laura and Dave have a son and a daughter 
  • Strengths:  Laura has a wonderful combination of relationship building harmony and empathy, as well as consistency and responsibility 
  • Interests:  Puzzles, gardening, and baking 

NATALIE WITTE

Client Care Assistant

Natalie has been on the Integrity Financial staff since Fall of 2020. Natalie is an innovative problem-solver, and she consistently searches for ways to make our processes run more efficiently.  We are extremely lucky to have Natalie on staff as she is always there with a bright, positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever she is needed. Natalie’s role consists of a variety of office tasks and assisting with our outreach projects. God gifted Natalie with the special ability of maximizing what we currently do while also striving for growth. Her role at Integrity Financial keeps everything running smoothly, and we are so appreciative that she joined our Team. 



  • Favorite Scripture:  Hebrews 13:16 Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God. 
  • Family:  Natalie and Matt have a son and 2 daughters 
  • Strengths:  Natalie’s strongest strengths all make her an excellent executor in all aspects of her life 
  • Interests:  Reading, puzzles, cross stitching, gardening, cooking and baking
